I went in December for the Christmas baking workshop and what a amazing experience it was!! The venue was absolutely stunning and the atmosphere relaxed. We felt welcome from the minute we stepped through the door. The lovely Bev taught us how to make the best mince pies and Christmas biscuits, whilst having so much fun. The best was, we did not need to take notes, as the recipes were given to us in a beautiful bag. The long table where we sampled some of our treats with a cup of coffee and lots of laughter, was a wonderful opportunity to make new friends. I loved every minute and I have already booked myself on the next workshop. Thank you Bev and Lis for the wonderful experience. I can highly recommend Baking Cotswolds.
